I Can Do This (?)

I've talked to my friend Sarah, and we're going to take up swimming again. I used to go with her ALL the time, but we just kind of stopped.

I feel less insane about sugar today. Not sure why. TOM is over; maybe that's it. If I want sugar today, I think I'll have some strawberries or an orange.

  1. You must try to find Whey Low of you can. It tastes EXACTLY like sugar and it is my new fav. sweetener. Xylitol is good too, but you have to get used to it over a few weeks and with your stomach problems I don't think it would be a good idea. The whey low is AWESOME and only 5 calories a serving and doesn;t raise blood sugar.
