I'm not too crazy about resolutions, myself, but after the crappy last few months (two years?) I've had, I want 2011 to be a better year. I'm thinking I need resolutions in the areas of weight loss, finances, and cleaning. I haven't hammered out the details yet, but I'm working on it.
But as for the weight loss one, I plan to start getting back on track tomorrow. I'm a little worried about it, because I've been off track for awhile. I'm going to start with just counting calories again. One thing is that I don't have a meal plan, so I guess I'll have to make one. It's much easier to track that way.
I'm afraid to weigh myself. :o\ Maybe I won't. Maybe I'll just start behaving and weigh myself in a month (or five) or something.

ReplyDeleteI have scale-phobia...I did start mid-July on a low carb diet plan, and what I did was take my measurements instead! I dont always re-measure, but if Im feeling like I need to check progress I know I can do that.
ReplyDeleteOtherwise though, I figure if I do the right thing *most* of the time food/exercise-wise, its gonna happen. And if I dont, it wont!
